I find it really odd and surreal…
I was looking through the people who voted against gay marriage on facebook and through all the homophobic tweets on http://twitter.com/#!/homophobes. I find it so weird that although none of them have met me or gotten to know me as a human being, they all probably hate me already. I haven’t even done anything to them, and they hate me. I bet they would hate me even if I didn’t dig chicks because I’m so supportive of the gay community. I feel ridiculously blessed to be in such an accepting household and to have parents who don’t give a fuck about what gender I end up with.
But holy god, I’m actually legit curious as to what makes people hate so easily. I mean, I guess religion is a factor sometimes, but so many other things could be going on. I’m a pretty okay person once you get to know me. Why does the fact that I wouldn’t mind banging my own gender get in the way? It doesn’t even do anything to them personally….

People like this ought to be ignored. Nothing positive comes of this. Normally it’s their upbringing
