BAM. IT’S BEEN MADE
I will be camping out there for now and probably forever, so consider this a bit of a farewell, at least from this blog. I’m ready to be a bit more focused.

Anyways, I’ll be setting up my new blog shortly, and I’ll be leaving this one up most likely, since it will contain the link to my new one. The new one will be basically the same thing except less of other people’s art and more of my own. However, once this blog has quieted down, I will probably deactivate it.
On my new blog, I’ll have my likes made public, so you can still see eyegasm shit that I enjoy, but the central focus will be more for myself and for those close to me or those simply curious. I just think it’s that time.

Okay so SINCE THIS IS PROBABLY GOING TO HAPPEN: How many of you guys would follow my blog even if it was just my art and sketches, art commentary, art promotion, life commentary, and a lot of me just being dumb?
I’m probably going to do this anyways, but I would like an idea of who I should be prepared to see.

Penny reminded me to post this with her mini-rant LOL thank you, Penny.
So as art school is approaching, I’m going to feel the need to make a couple of changes to how I post and blog. To be perfectly honest, I’m getting sick of waking up and feeling like I have to post and reblog pretty pictures, because that’s basically what brought an onslaught of followers in the first place. That’s not the full reason of why I want to blog. I want to legit journal and post to record things I’m going through to share with friends, not reblog that pretty fashion picture because you like it.
I love all of you guys very much, but I feel like my perception on what I see tumblr as has been skewed by followers, pretty images, and reblogs. I want to make a blog for my art, my progress in the world, and my personal life, not to have followers, but to keep those close to me updated and to share what I want to share with them and anyone else who gives a fuck. I want to blog about world issues, issues that bother me personally, etc.
Not that I don’t do that already! But all the other flashy things that I can reblog, I feel, has taken away from what my core content is.
So I’ll be considering moving my blog in the near future for the sheer purpose of sharing my art and art experiences, talking about my friends’ art and promoting them, and anything else along those lines, because I’ve been too caught up in the flashy stuff for too long.
